Sunrise in Long beach

Waking up I was in two minds on whether I should go out as the outside looked gloomy. Ultimately, I dragged myself out of bed and drove to Shoreline Park. This is my go-to location when I do not have much time. Lately, I have been also making a conscious decision to restrict my lens choices to focus more on the process rather than on the outcome.

It was a gloomy start to the day.

But I could see the clouds slowly being overtaken by the Sun. In the end it was one of the better sunrises I had witnessed out there.
